Christmas Delivery FAQ
Normal delivery timeframes do not apply prior to Christmas. Christmas delivery dates are based off estimates provided by our courier partners and are to be used as a guide only. To make sure Santa and his helpers can get everyone's present to them for Christmas we suggest shopping early to avoid delays.
HOW CAN I SPEED-UP MY ORDER?
Choose to purchase from a local store that already has stock of the item you're buying. To find out which stores have the item you are interested in use the 'check store stock' button on the product page to check the stock level at nearby stores. Items that are only in-stock with stores outside of your region will have longer wait times. If you order an item already stocked at your local store, this will dramatically speed-up your order.
CAN MY BIKE BE DELIVERED ASSEMBLED?
When choosing courier delivery Bikes must be delivered boxed and are unable to be delivered assembled, our stores provide a pre-build then re-boxing service to ensure your bike is as ready to go for you as possible, so Bikes may sometimes be shipped in boxes that are not from the original manufacturer. You can also choose to click and collect the bike to your local store where it will be assembled ready for you to collect. Due to supplier restrictions only some Bike models are available for shipping to your home address, see our nationally shipped Bikes page to see all the Bikes that can be delivered straight to your door.
CAN YOU DELIVER ALL MY ITEMS IN ONE SHIPMENT?
To increase the amount of options online, we have multiple warehouses. This means we often dispatch items from the same order separately, and your items may arrive on different days. If this applies to your order, we will send a notification email as dispatch occurs for each item with the different tracking numbers.
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
Yes! Gift Cards are an excellent option to give the gift of choice. We offer both physical Gift Cards at your local store or Digital Gift Cards which can be purchased online through our website, they are delivered via email to your recipient with the option to add a personalized message and can be used both in-store and online and are valid for 3 years after purchase date, click here to order a Digital Gift Card today.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer gift wrapping, price removal or personal messages.
MY ORDER ARRIVED LATE OR IS UNWANTED, CAN I RETURN IT?
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it to receive a full refund. Click here for full details on how to cancel and return your order.
WHAT DAYS WILL YOUR STORES BE CLOSED?
Our stores will be open at normal trading hours on Christmas eve, but things may be busy so we recommend collecting orders and stored bikes earlier in the week. Christmas day all stores will be closed. Boxing day stores will be open as normal.
