Perfect Ride Guarantee

  1. Proof of purchase from 99 Bikes is required.
  2. A Club 99 membership is required for this guarantee to be applicable.
  3. Perfect Ride Guarantee is valid for 30 days after the initial bike is purchased.
  4. Bikes purchased using a finance option will be subject to the terms & conditions of their agreements.
  5. A new bike may be downgraded to a value of 66% of price of the initial bike purchased.
  6. Bike must not be damaged in any way. General wear is acceptable.
  7. If your bike does not meet the guidelines within general wear, you may be charged an additional fee to exchange bikes. In the case of major wear or damage (scratches on frame, damaged components, etc.), any exchange will take place at the discretion of 99 Bikes.
  8. If you think you may want to exchange your bike for any reason we recommend;
    1. Do not race on your bicycle.
    2. Avoid trails or situations where you may fall.
    3. Do not ride in wet conditions.
  9. The following conditions constitute general wear and are acceptable for exchange;
    1. Tire Wear.
    2. Chain Wear.
    3. Handlebar tape wear.
    4. Minor dust on the frame.
  10. If your bike does not meet these guidelines, you may be charged an additional fee to exchange bikes.
  11. In the case of major wear or damage (scratches on frame, damaged components, etc.) any exchange will take place at the discretion of 99 Bikes.
