Serfas® warrants to the original purchaser that the product is free of defects in material, construction, and/or workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, damage due to heat, environmental factors, misuse, or negligence. Alteration to or tampering of product voids all coverage.
This warranty is in lieu of all other agreements, general or specific, express or implied. No representative or person is authorized to assume liability on behalf of Serfas® in connection with the sale and use of this product. Serfas® reserves the right to request the return of any product submitted for warranty consideration and a proof of purchase by the original owner from an authorized Serfas retailer.
Shipping costs of warrantied items will be charged to the person requesting the claim. Due to availability, technological, styling, and/or design advances Serfas® reserves the right to replace warrantied items with a product equal to or better than the original submitted item based on product specifications (not by price).
Submitting a warranty claim to Serfas® is an acknowledgement of having read and understood these terms. Please submit warranties to the original authorized Serfas retailer.
