Pre-Orders

Pre-order is available on selected bikes allowing you to secure your perfect ride with a 10% deposit and be the first to get it as soon as it arrives in the country.

Terms & Conditions

Availability and Release Date: 

We make all efforts to ensure that pre-order estimated arrival dates are as accurate as possible, however dates may be subject to change due to shipping delays, brand specified release dates or other factors. We will notify you if there are significant delays or changes to the estimated availability date.

Payment and Charges:

  • A 10% deposit payment for your pre-order will be processed at the time of purchase.
  • Any remaining payment will be charged on collection of your item, unless organized otherwise.
  • If your pre-order is canceled by us (due to supply issues, etc.), we’ll offer you an equivalent product or provide a full refund for any balance paid.
  • If you choose to cancel your pre-order (change of mind, etc.), we can allocate any balance already paid against any new product you choose, or provide a full refund for any balance paid

Order Confirmation: 

Upon successful placement of your pre-order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation will include the details of your pre-order, including the product name, price, and estimated delivery date.

Cancellations and Modifications:

  • You may cancel your pre-order anytime before the item is collected. To cancel, please contact us via the provided customer service channels.
  • Once the item has been collected, it will be subject to our standard return policy.

Shipping and Delivery:

  • Pre-Order products are currently only available for click and collect via our website. If this option doesn't suit you, please contact your closest store via the pre-order enquiry form and we'll do our best to help you out.
  • Pre-order items will be shipped from our warehouse as soon as they become available. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery and assembly of Bikes purchased.
  • Any shipping-related issues, such as delays or damages, will be handled as per our standard shipping policy.
  • Delivery of pre-order items is subject to availability, and delays may occur if there are issues with suppliers, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Pricing and Taxes:

In the event of price changes before your item arrives, the price at the time of the order will be honored.

Warranty and Returns:

Pre-order items are covered under standard product warranties, which is activated upon receipt of the product. Please refer to the product on our website for more information.
Returns for pre-order items are subject to our usual return policy. Pre-order items must be returned in their original, unused condition if you wish to receive a refund for a non warranty related return.

Liability and Disclaimers:

We are not liable for any delays, damages, or loss caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, customs delays, or supply chain issues. We reserve the right to cancel any pre-orders if necessary, and customers will be notified immediately in such cases.

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify or update these pre-order terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website or via email.
